What's the warranty policy?

HSPA provide 2-5 years warranty for spa and swimspa pool, 2 years for Sauna room. We provide free spare parts for you if any parts faulty.

30% deposit and balance 70% should be pay before shipping.

What’s the delivery time and shipping?
A:
Normally 2 weeks for a 20ft container spas(about 5 sets), 3 weeks for a 40ft container(about 12 sets spas). To sure the spa safety shipping for you, shipping by a full container is the best way, if not full a container of shipping by cargo, our package strong enough and provide door to door services.

What are the Electrical Requirements?

SPA either require 110V or 220V of electricity. If you choose a 110V model— often referred to as "plug-and-play". If you choose a 220V model, then you will need to work with certified electrician to ensure you have enough electricity to power the spa.
